Warranty, Cancellation, & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change quickly.

  • Before Payment: You may cancel your order at any time before the payment has been deposited or confirmed.

  • After Payment: Once payment has been deposited, the order is considered active. To discuss cancellation, you must immediately contact us on our registered number. Cancellations after payment are subject to approval and may involve processing fees, depending on whether the order has already been dispatched.

2. Our Product Warranty (Managed by Our Certified Team)

We work diligently to resolve any issues you might experience with our products. All warranty services are handled by our in-house certified technical team at our main Karachi office.

Standard 1-Year Limited Service Warranty

  • Coverage: We offer a one-year limited service warranty on most of our brand electronic items and selected other products.

  • What is Covered: This is a service warranty that exclusively covers the labour costs to repair the item.

  • What is NOT Covered (Customer Cost): If any components or parts are required to repair your item, those costs will be billed directly to you, the customer. We will only proceed with the full repair once we have received your payment and approval.

  • Proof of Warranty: If your product is under warranty, you will find an Order Number mentioned on your invoice. Please quote this number whenever you contact us to ensure the quickest processing of your claim.

Important: Non-Electronic Items

Please confirm if your product has a warranty before purchasing if it is not an electronic item, as not all non-electronic products qualify for the standard service warranty.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

We reserve the right to disapprove any warranty claims where the product has been:

  • Damaged as a result of misuse, abuse, or neglect.

  • Altered or modified in any way.

  • Subject to attempted repair or customer re-work outside of our official service centre.

Please Note: Under no circumstances does our service warranty entitle you to a product replacement. If the product is unable to be repaired under our service warranty, no replacement unit will be issued.

3. Products Sold "No Warranty"

If you purchase a product explicitly marked as having No Warranty, we want to assure you that these items still undergo the same level of quality checking as our warranted products. We inspect every item we sell to maintain our standards, but without a formal service warranty, any future repairs or issues will be entirely at the customer's expense.

4. Refunds Policy

Refunds are processed only in cases of successful order cancellation (see Section 1) or in exceptional circumstances approved by ProShop.com.pk management. Please contact us on the registered number to discuss your specific situation.
